TripZoneFly is a community built on trust between travelers and tourism professionals. These Community Standards apply to all users — both travelers and providers — and define the conduct expected to maintain a safe, honest, and respectful marketplace.
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Do not post fake, exaggerated, or malicious reviews. Do not post a review for a trip you did not take. Reviews may be moderated and removed if they violate this standard.
Cancel as early as possible — last-minute cancellations cause direct financial harm to providers who have reserved resources for you. Repeated patterns of late cancellations may result in account restrictions.
Disputing a payment with your bank for services you actually received is fraud. Always contact us first at help@tripzonefly.com — most issues can be resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent account termination.
Treat guides, drivers, and operators with respect. Harassment, verbal abuse, or discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, religion, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the platform.
Do not publish photos or videos of other travelers, guides, or private spaces without explicit consent. Respect the cultural sensitivity of the destinations you visit.
All information in your listings must be truthful: descriptions, photos, prices, inclusions, meeting points, and departure times. Misleading listings — including stock photos, inflated review counts, or hidden fees — result in immediate suspension.
You may not offer discounts, gifts, upgrades, or any benefit in exchange for positive reviews. You may not ask travelers to remove negative reviews. You may not create fake bookings to generate reviews. Violations result in permanent de-listing.
Cancelling confirmed bookings without a legitimate reason (force majeure, safety risk) is a serious violation. Providers who cancel confirmed bookings face financial penalties and suspension escalation.
You must hold all legally required permits, certifications, and insurance at all times. Do not offer activities that violate Peruvian law or pose unreasonable safety risks. Immediately notify TripZoneFly if any permit expires or is revoked.
You may not refuse service or provide inferior treatment based on nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic. All confirmed bookings must be honored equally.
Do not use TripZoneFly to build a client relationship and then redirect travelers to book directly outside the platform. This undermines the marketplace and violates our Partner Agreement.
The following are prohibited for all users without exception:
Minor violations are handled progressively. Critical violations (marked above) may result in immediate termination.
Strike 1
Written warning via email. Violation recorded on account.
Strike 2
30-day account suspension. Active bookings must still be honored (providers) or existing reservations honored (travelers).
Strike 3
Permanent account termination. No appeal available for repeat offenders.
Immediate termination (no strikes)
Fraud, fake review manipulation, safety incidents, fraudulent chargebacks, illegal activity.
If you believe a traveler or provider has violated these standards, report it:
Email: trust@tripzonefly.com
Include: your booking code or the listing URL, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, photos)
Response time: we acknowledge all reports within 48 hours and complete the investigation within 10 business days
False reports submitted in bad faith (e.g., to harm a competitor) are also a violation of these standards.
If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe it was in error, send an appeal to trust@tripzonefly.com within 15 calendar days of the action. Include your account details and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member from the original decision-maker and resolved within 10 business days.
We may update these Community Standards as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email and a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the effective date.
