  • You cannot offer incentives, discounts, or any compensation in exchange for positive reviews
  • You may respond publicly to any review through your Partner CMS
  • If you believe a review is fraudulent or violates our Community Standards, you may submit a dispute to legal@tripzonefly.com with evidence
  • Accounts with an average rating below 3.0 after 20 verified reviews are subject to automatic review and potential suspension

8. Suspension and De-listing

TripZoneFly may suspend or permanently de-list a partner for the following reasons:

Warning

Repeated cancellations, overbooking, unresolved traveler complaints, expired license

Permanent ban

Fraud, manipulation of reviews, safety incidents with unreported injuries, repeated violations

Appeals process

You have 15 calendar days from the suspension notice to submit an appeal to partners@tripzonefly.com. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days. During suspension, existing confirmed bookings must still be honored.

9. Intellectual Property

  • You retain full ownership of all content you upload (photos, descriptions, itineraries)
  • By publishing on TripZoneFly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote your content on the platform and in marketing materials
